Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Offer individualized or small group instruction to reinforce learning objectives
• Provide support to students with special needs, helping implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Encourage student participation, independence, and appropriate social interactions
• Help maintain an organized, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress, report observations, and support behavioral interventions as needed
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, and other school activities
