Instructional Assistant - Franklin, New Hampshire

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct support to classroom teachers in daily instruction and classroom management
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and assignments
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Prepare classroom materials and support instructional activities
• Supervise students during non-instructional times, such as lunch, recess, or transitions
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
