Both roles are located in welcoming educational environments near Franklin, NH, providing consistent hours and an engaging daily schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid NH Paraeducator I or II certification required
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional is preferred, though enthusiastic new candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong commitment to fostering student growth, supporting regulation, and encouraging task engagement
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with compassion and consistency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Role Highlights:

• Full-time elementary school position: 32.5 hours/week, 8:00am – 2:30pm, working one-on-one with a student who benefits from support with regulation and staying engaged—no toileting involved
• Full-time middle school position: 33.5 hours/week, 8:00am – 2:40pm, offering direct support to a student with a behavioral plan—no toileting required
• Provide mentorship and guidance while helping students navigate their learning goals
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and school staff to implement instructional and behavioral strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation and share observations to inform student progress
