Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction by working individually or in small groups with students
• Assist with classroom management and implementation of behavior support strategies
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and emotional support to students throughout the school day
• Help with preparing instructional materials and organizing classroom resources
• Track student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers as needed
• Ensure student safety and supervise transitions between activities and settings
