Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working with school-aged children in a professional setting
• Preferably 2+ years of prior school-based paraprofessional experience
• Ability to adapt to various classroom environments across grades K-12
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers and students
• Flexibility and a positive, supportive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support for K-12 students
• Work individually or with small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Support students’ educational, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
• Help implement lesson plans and classroom activities as directed
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning space
• Adapt to different assignments as needed throughout the school calendar

This contract position begins August 31st, 2026, and continues as needed during standard school calendar dates. The flexible per diem schedule allows you to choose your shifts and workdays based on your availability.
