Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience working with school-aged children in a professional environment
• Two or more years of school-based paraprofessional experience is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with classroom routines, individualized instruction, or special education support is a plus
• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to student well-being

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in classroom settings
• Assist teachers with daily activities, small group work, and individualized learning
• Help implement education plans under the guidance of certified staff
