Instructional Assistant - Fruitport, MI

Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional (preferred but not required)
• Enthusiasm for working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Patience, strong communication skills, and adaptability in dynamic educational settings
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with instructional tasks and classroom management
• Work one-on-one and in small groups to help students achieve learning goals
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Assist with daily routines and student supervision as needed
• Track student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff
