Key Responsibilities:

• Work exclusively with one third-grade student to address academic, social, and behavioral objectives
• Assist with daily classroom activities and assignments under teacher direction
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for learning
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and celebrate milestones
• Support positive peer relationships and social integration during school activities
• Document observations and contribute to collaborative team meetings as needed
