This is a full-time role, scheduled Monday through Friday, totaling 32 to 37.5 hours per week. You’ll work alongside dedicated staff and teachers, helping foster an inclusive and effective classroom environment. Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an education support role is preferred
• Familiarity working with middle school students (grades 5-8) highly desirable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability
• Patient, compassionate, and student-focused mindset
• Ability to follow direction and support classroom needs as assigned

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in daily instructional activities and lesson execution
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students as needed
• Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning climate
• Support students with assignments and reinforce learning objectives
• Foster social and emotional development for all students
• Work collaboratively with faculty and school staff to advance educational plans
