Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, behavioral technician, or similar role in a school environment
• Certified CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training
• Familiarity with principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and guidance from a BCBA
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and special education staff
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in responding to students’ unique needs
• Ability to maintain accurate data and documentation

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring behavioral assistance
• Implement behavioral intervention plans as developed by BCBA supervision
• Assist with classroom management, reinforcing established routines and expectations
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Monitor and document student progress and behavior
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
