In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with education professionals and other paraprofessionals, providing instructional and behavioral support in both individual and group settings. Key Qualifications:

• Previous school-based experience as a paraprofessional or instructional assistant
• Comfortable working with students of varying abilities and needs
• Familiarity with positive behavioral interventions and supports is beneficial
• Reliability, flexibility, and strong communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude and genuine care for student growth

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and activities
• Offer one-on-one or small group student support to enhance learning

• Monitor student engagement and ensure safety at all times
