Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or similar role in K-12 settings is highly beneficial
• Able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with students, educators, and support staff
• Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student success
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some districts may request additional coursework or certifications
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or with small groups of students to reinforce classroom instruction
• Support students with academic tasks, behavioral goals, and personal care as needed
• Assist in implementing lesson plans and adapting activities to different learning styles
• Supervise students in classroom, lunchroom, and playground settings
• Keep accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers
• Help to maintain an organized, safe, and positive learning environment
