Your reliability and engagement will make a critical difference in her school experience.
What we’re seeking:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, classroom aide, or in a school support role.
- Ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate with high school students.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Commitment to punctuality: typical hours are approximately 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
- Someone who demonstrates compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support and supervision for a high school student throughout her school day.
- Accompany the student on bus rides between campuses, ensuring her comfort and safety.

- Collaborate with other school staff as needed to deliver consistent support.
- Monitor and document student progress or incidents as required.
