The position is located in the Reynoldsburg City, OH area, just a short drive from Grove City, and follows a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, giving you a long weekend every week.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a school support role preferred
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability in working with students who have sensory impairments
• Ability to follow directions and collaborate with educators and therapists
• Strong communication skills and attention to student safety and well-being
• Reliability and professionalism in a dynamic classroom setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist a student with daily activities, both academic and functional, throughout the school day
• Provide one-on-one support to foster socialization, independence, and engagement
• Assist educators and support staff in implementing individualized plans
• Support inclusion and participate in classroom routines, adapting tasks as needed
• Remain attentive to the student’s unique needs and communicate observations to the teaching team
• Help ensure a safe and respectful learning environment
