Work closely as part of a compassionate team of intervention specialists and building administrators, focusing on individualized care rather than RBT-level supervision.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven success in school-based behavioral intervention roles
• Experience implementing effective de-escalation strategies
• Skilled in following and adapting behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Past work supporting students with intensive emotional and behavioral needs
• Strong collaboration skills for teamwork with intervention specialists and administration
• Patient, flexible, and empathetic approach to supporting students

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer dedicated 1:1 behavioral and academic support to a student throughout the school day
• Consistently implement established behavior intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the educational team
• Use de-escalation and emotional regulation strategies in challenging moments
• Contribute to team discussions about student needs and plan updates
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment

This role does not involve RBT duties or require supervision by a BCBA; instead, you'll partner directly with the school’s intervention experts and leadership.
