  • Flexibility and adaptability in supporting a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students as they transition to adulthood, focusing on academic, vocational, and independent life skills
  • Deliver hands-on classroom and community-based support, ensuring student engagement and safety
  • Closely follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with special education staff
  • Provide positive reinforcement and model appropriate behaviors to help each student reach their unique goals
  • Adapt to evolving student needs throughout the school year
