Teacher's Aide - Hampton, New Hampshire

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working in school settings as a paraprofessional or similar student support role
• Proof of high school diploma required; no additional certifications or higher education necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting children and educators
• Ability to provide three professional references, including your most recent manager, prior to interviewing
• Commitment to reliability and professionalism

On a typical day, you will:

• Work closely with students in need of individualized support as well as assist classroom teachers
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment
• Support classroom instruction, reinforcing lessons and helping students with assignments
• Aid students with daily activities and provide behavior management support as needed
• Maintain a safe and positive classroom setting throughout the school day
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure the needs of all learners are met

This contract position offers set hours: 7:10am–2:10pm, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, spanning the academic year from early September through mid-June.
