Key Qualifications:

• School-based or educational experience is preferred
• Ability to provide three completed professional references, including your most recent manager, prior to interviews
• Commitment to reliable attendance and a supportive, adaptable attitude

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management, instructional support, and student supervision
• Work directly with students either in a 1:1 setting or as part of a classroom group, depending on assignment
• Foster a positive learning environment, encourage student engagement, and support individualized education goals
• Help implement lesson plans, classroom activities, and behavior management strategies as directed by teaching staff
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students, staff, and families

This contract opportunity consists of 32.5 hours each week, with either middle school hours (7:10am–2:10pm) or high school hours (7:30am–2:30pm), both featuring a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Positions are available to start as soon as possible and extend through June 16, 2027.
