Role Overview: As a Paraprofessional in this school setting, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to support learners with autism and other special needs. Multiple openings are available, offering the chance to contribute in a variety of classroom environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required (copy must be provided)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (in-person training only; no virtual certificates)
• Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in a school or similar setting, specifically supporting students with special needs
• Genuine interest in supporting children with autism and helping them reach their full potential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and flexible in a challenging but meaningful role

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers with classroom instruction, activities, and behavioral management
• Providing individualized support to students to promote learning and social growth
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of a safe, positive classroom environment
• Helping facilitate inclusive education and engagement for all students
• Collaborating effectively with staff and families to address students' needs
