Skills & Abilities:

Provide direct support to students with disabilities in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Support students with academic, behavioral, social, and life-skills development

Support students with transitions, daily routines, and self-regulation strategies

Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Collaborate effectively with special education staff, related service providers, and general education teachers

Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and strong communication skills when working with students and staff
