Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Prior experience working with children or within a school setting is highly valued
- Ability to follow directives and support certified teachers in implementing lesson plans
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with students, staff, and parents

- High school diploma or GED required; relevant college coursework or paraprofessional certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in classroom management, behavioral support, and lesson delivery
- Provide individualized or small-group academic and social support to students

- Help with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and supervision during activities
- Support students with special needs as directed by teaching staff or IEPs
- Monitor students during arrival, dismissal, or transitions between classes
