As a vital support in both classroom and 1:1 settings, you’ll work primarily with a small group of students (5-7 per class), each benefiting from individualized attention. What we’re looking for:

• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in behavioral or special education support
• Previous work in school settings, especially with students on the autism spectrum or with behavioral challenges
• Strong reliability and commitment to your students and team
• Comfort with assisting students with personal care needs, including toileting
• Adaptability and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

In this role, you will:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 and classroom support
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Implement behavior support plans and intervention strategies
• Assist with daily care and classroom routines
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
