Multiple positions are available, including two opportunities serving as Setting IV Special Education Paraprofessionals at a neighboring location in Red Wing, MN. Each role offers a fulfilling and consistent full-time schedule, working 7 hours per day, totaling 35 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Highly Qualified status, holding either an Associate’s degree or Paraeducator certification
• Experience supporting students in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities
• Genuine interest in fostering learning and personal growth in children and adolescents
• Adaptability and a commitment to meeting diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and/or small group assistance under the direction of lead educators
• Support students with unique needs in both academic and behavioral contexts
• Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention strategies
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured learning atmosphere
• Collaborate closely with teachers, service providers, and families
• Contribute to student supervision throughout the school day and during transitions
