Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or similar support role within a school setting
• Comfort and adaptability in working with both elementary and preschool-aged children
• Willingness to provide individualized 1:1 support when required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers and specialists
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for fostering student growth
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or coursework in education a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and class activities
• Provide one-on-one support to students who need individualized attention
• Support learners in both academic tasks and social-emotional development
• Encourage positive behavior and model respectful, responsible conduct
• Help adapt classroom materials and instructional methods for diverse learners
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
