Classroom Aide | Healdsburg, California

Support students in a vibrant educational environment, working approximately 29.75-30 hours per week throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
• Previous experience in a school setting, or hands-on exposure to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and students
• Adaptability and patience in dynamic classroom environments
• Passion for encouraging, guiding, and supporting students’ success

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with classroom teachers to deliver instructional support to students
• Implement individualized learning or behavior plans, reinforcing positive habits and aiding academic progress
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with varying needs
• Assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom atmosphere
• Support students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities
• Document observations and help monitor students’ progress, communicating essential updates to the education team
