What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in an educational setting strongly preferred

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classroom management and instruction
• Provide individualized or small group support to students, reinforcing learning concepts
• Support students with special needs, following individualized plans and accommodations
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging atmosphere for learning
• Assist with classroom preparations, organization, and instructional materials
• Supervise students during transitions, activities, and breaks, ensuring safety and well-being
• Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to team meetings as needed
