Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or special education support staff strongly preferred

- High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certifications in special education a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated classroom assistance to special education teachers during morning sessions
- Offer one-on-one or small group support to students to foster engagement and participation
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior strategies as directed
- Monitor student progress and observe classroom dynamics
- Help with instructional activities, classroom organization, and general student supervision
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive atmosphere for all students
