• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support position
• Ability to assist teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant college coursework preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in managing classroom activities and ensuring a positive, structured environment
• Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional guidance
• Assist with preparing materials and organizing instructional resources
• Support students with diverse learning needs, helping implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when necessary
• Supervise students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities as needed
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to classroom teachers or support staff
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and growth
