Role Responsibilities:

• Assist a student with daily activities and routines within the classroom setting, as well as during transitions throughout the day
• Support learning tasks under teacher supervision, facilitating access to curriculum as needed
• Provide mobility and communication support appropriate to the student’s individualized needs
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment while encouraging independence whenever possible
• Communicate observations related to student progress and needs to teaching staff
• Demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times to preserve student confidentiality
