Qualifications:

• Valid and current Delaware Paraeducator Permit (required to be in hand before applying)
• Experience in a school setting, working directly with students is strongly preferred
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working onsite and able to commit to the entire assignment period
• Willingness to complete state-mandated criminal background check and fingerprinting ($85 fee, candidate responsibility)
• For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT): Please note supervision for RBT certification must be managed independently outside of school hours
