Qualifications:
- Valid and current Delaware Paraeducator Permit (required to be in hand before applying)
- Experience in a school setting, working directly with students is strongly preferred
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working onsite and able to commit to the entire assignment period
- Willingness to complete state-mandated criminal background check and fingerprinting ($85 fee, candidate responsibility)
- For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT): Please note supervision for RBT certification must be managed independently outside of school hours
