Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware Paraeducator Permit required; candidates with pending permits must provide a DEEDS portal screenshot.
• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional in school settings is preferred.
• Must complete $85 CBC fingerprinting (candidate responsibility).
• Ability to offer flexible programmatic support throughout kindergarten classrooms as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• RBTs are welcome to apply, but supervision must be arranged outside school hours if certification is to be maintained.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide effective classroom support for instructional and behavioral programming under the guidance of teachers.
• Assist with daily classroom activities, helping facilitate learning and ensure a positive environment for students.
• Foster student engagement and contribute to school-wide kindergarten initiatives.
• Support teachers with lesson implementation, classroom management, and individualized student needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and school staff.
