Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom management strategies
• Support students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Provide attention and assistance to students with special needs as directed
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and positive classroom environment
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with class activities
• Supervise students during non-classroom times, such as transitions or lunch periods
• Work collaboratively with staff and participate in relevant training sessions
