Qualifications & Requirements:

• For Teacher’s Assistant: Must hold a valid NY State Teacher’s Assistant Certification
• For Teacher’s Aide: Preschool or school/behavior experience required

• Ability to be adaptable and patient in a dynamic classroom setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, individualized assistance to students during instructional activities
• Support classroom routines and help implement behavior strategies as needed

• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and staff to meet student goals
• Document and share observations regarding student progress and needs
