Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group support to students, following behavior intervention strategies and plans
• Assist licensed educators and specialists in classroom and small group environments
• Monitor student progress, offering guidance while encouraging independence and positive behaviors
• Help implement daily academic and behavioral routines to ensure a consistent learning environment
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student progress and ongoing needs
• Maintain detailed records and logs associated with student interventions and activities
• Foster a respectful and supportive classroom culture
