Key Qualifications:

• Active Substitute Certificate on DESE (or in process—must be completed prior to start)
• Previous experience in schools, ideally with behavioral support or BIPS
• Familiarity with supporting students with behavioral needs, including toileting if needed
• Comfortable working both one-on-one and in group classroom settings
• Required fingerprinting for district compliance
• Flexibility to work varying hours as assignments arise
• Able to pick up and manage assignments via a scheduling app
• Candidates with prior experience in the district must be cleared by the contact before proceeding

• Step into different schools and classrooms to cover call outs, supporting students with diverse needs
• Assist educators in implementing individualized behavior plans and daily lesson activities
