Key Qualifications:

• Active Missouri Substitute Certificate (SUB CERT) on the DESE website, or ParaPro Exam completion with corresponding transcripts (required prior to district interview)
• Successful experience working as a paraprofessional, classroom support, or similar capacity in K-12 settings
• Willingness to assist with toileting, changing, and behavioral support as needed
• Comfortable working one-on-one or with groups, and able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and adapt instructional strategies under the guidance of educators and therapists
• Flexibility to float among school sites as required throughout the school year
