Qualifications:

• Associate degree required

• Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with instruction and classroom management
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need extra attention
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as directed by school staff
• Encourage positive behavior and reinforce class routines
• Provide guidance and encouragement to students during academic and social activities
• Assist in preparing classroom materials and maintaining organized learning spaces
