Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a student support/classroom aide role preferred

• Familiarity with classroom management strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some positions may require additional certification or college coursework

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction by assisting the lead teacher with daily educational activities
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need extra help or accommodations
• Encourage student participation and engagement in both academic and social tasks
• Help implement lesson plans, track student progress, and maintain accurate records
• Supervise students in various settings including classroom, cafeteria, and during transitions
