Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a support role with children, especially within schools

  • Strong communication skills and a patient, flexible approach
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred
  • Pass required background checks and district onboarding procedures
