Instructional Aide - Irvine, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and classroom dynamics
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in education or behavioral support is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring behavioral assistance
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Monitor and document student progress, reporting observations to educational teams
• Support classroom routines and transitions, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere
• Foster positive relationships and encourage students to engage with learning activities
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success
