Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in elementary and/or middle school settings preferred
• Demonstrated skills in supporting students’ academic and behavioral needs
• Ability to assist with classroom management and small group instruction
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable to a range of student needs
• Excellent communication skills with both students and teaching staff
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support in academic and behavioral areas
• Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom organization
• Offer one-on-one or small group guidance to students who require additional assistance
• Help manage various classroom tasks and reinforce positive behaviors
