Two dedicated Paraprofessionals are needed for the 2025-2026 school year, working with children in Autistic Support classrooms from kindergarten through fifth grade. If you reside in Fox Chapel, Oakmont, Monroeville, Swissvale, or nearby, you’ll find yourself making a difference every day alongside passionate educators.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional in a school environment preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students with autism
• Ability to provide compassionate assistance with toileting needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Capable of adapting to varying school schedules
• Willingness to engage in classroom transitions, lunch monitoring, and providing occasional coverage for peers

What You’ll Do:

• Support students daily in either a K-1 or 3-5 Autistic Support setting
• Assist with lunchtime routines and class transitions
• Aid teachers in creating an inclusive, positive classroom environment
• Step in for other paraprofessionals when required
• Foster trust and confidence with young learners
• Follow individualized education and behavioral plans as needed

This is a full-time contract position available to begin as soon as possible, extending through June 5, 2026. Hours will align with the selected school’s schedule for optimal work-life balance.
