What you’ll bring:

• Experience assisting teachers and supporting students in academic and classroom activities
• Adaptability in working with students across a variety of learning needs and backgrounds
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, staff, and families

• Ability to follow instructional plans and maintain confidentiality
• High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or paraprofessional certification preferred)

Your responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or small group support to students as directed by classroom teachers
• Help implement lesson plans and accommodate students’ diverse learning needs
• Assist with classroom management and facilitate a positive learning environment
• Supervise students during recess, lunch, and transition periods
• Aid students with assignments, organization, and classroom technology
• Support documentation of student progress and relay observations to teaching staff
