As a candidate, you’ll be asked about your caseload preferences during the interview, ensuring your strengths and interests align with your assignment. Desired Background and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success working in schools, particularly in K-12 environments
  • Experience supporting students with special needs, especially within Lifeskills, Autism/SAILS, Behavioral, or High-Incidence classrooms
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help students thrive
