Instructional Assistant - Kansas City, KS

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in delivering core instruction and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth in both group and one-on-one settings
• Implement behavioral interventions as directed
• Help facilitate communication between students, teachers, and families
• Provide classroom management and ensure compliance with all district policies
