Instructional Assistant - Kasson, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional in school environments
• Comfortable providing individualized, 1:1 support to students
• Must have completed required paraprofessional testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Reliability and consistency in a classroom environment
• Ability to start promptly and commit through the duration of the contract

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one support to a designated student, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience
• Assist with daily classroom activities, encouraging engagement and participation
• Foster a safe, supportive environment for both academic and social growth
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other team members to implement strategies and adaptations
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional, caring demeanor at all times
