Paraprofessional 2025/hour

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time, school-based position in Kenosha, Wisconsin for the 2026–2027 school year.

**Position Details:**
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Onsite/in-person
- School-based position
- Work directly with students and classroom staff
- Weekly W-2 pay

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide individual and small-group support to students
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and instruction
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and daily living needs
- Help implement IEP accommodations and behavior plans
- Monitor students throughout the school day and during transitions
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other school professionals

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
- Special education experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with students with varying needs
- Strong communication, patience, and collaboration skills
