1:1 1:1 Care Instructional Assistant - Kent, WA

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or Certified Nursing Assistant, or willingness to work in either capacity
• Comfortable providing 1:1 or 2:1 care and supervision
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to student needs
• Ability to maintain focus and energy for split shifts (morning and afternoon)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Responsibilities:

• Assist students with diverse needs safely on and off the bus
• Provide direct supervision and support to assigned students during transit
• Ensure bus safety protocols are followed at all times
• Communicate any student needs, incidents, or concerns to appropriate school personnel
• Foster a friendly, positive experience each day for the students in your care
• Collaborate with bus drivers and school staff to coordinate transportation details
