Qualifications and Desired Background:
- High school diploma required; Paraeducator certificate, Associate’s degree, or successful Praxis performance preferred.
- Demonstrated experience providing 1:1 support, especially with elementary-age students in an academic setting.
- Skilled in implementing clear boundaries and fostering independence in students.
- Adept at behavior management strategies and supporting students with unique needs.
- Dependable and adaptable; comfortable working in dynamic classroom environments and, if necessary, across multiple school sites.
