Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Personal Care Assistant for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This role offers the fulfilling experience of working directly with students with disabilities in a supportive educational environment, helping each child achieve their greatest potential.

Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule of 7 hours per day, with shifts either from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm or 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, depending on your assignment within a single campus. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 8, 2027, ensuring you become an integral part of the school community.

Desired Qualifications:

• Two years of postsecondary education, or
• An Associate’s degree or higher, or
• A high school diploma paired with the completion of an 8-hour course (which can be finished during onboarding)

Ideal candidates are caring, reliable, and eager to work 1:1 with students with disabilities. Duties may include providing personal care support such as toileting, ensuring each student can participate fully and safely in daily school activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer individualized support to assigned students, adapting to various educational and physical needs
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with educators and other school staff to implement individualized plans
• Monitor and document student progress and challenges
